I’ve lived in the Boston area for over 3 years now, but I’m a Buffalo, NY girl at heart. Which means anything even remotely Buffalo related must immediately go into my closet. Including a sweater covered in cute little buffalos. It’s my new favorite!

» As I mentioned at the beginning of the week, Boo and I spent a looooot of last weekend in the car between Boston, Buffalo, and Cleveland. There was a bridal shower, a bachelorette party, fireworks, catching up with friends, rain, sunshine, delicious pancakes, a one year anniversary, baby Liam cuddles, fishing, bonfires, s’mores, family time, and way too many photos of the sky from the car. Phew, that was one jam-packed weekend.
» Speaking of our belated anniversary, we’re taking a short trip up to Vermont this weekend, and I am so excited! Three years we have lived in MA, and we have yet to travel to other parts of New England.
» How cute is this overalls dress?! This purse, too.
» You may have noticed that I haven’t had any Design Diary posts to share with you. If you follow Megan, you’ve probably seen that she has decided to take a step back from the shop right now. Which also means that she will be slowing down with the blog too (read Megan’s post here), and therefore I won’t be working on any more projects. Boooooo :(. But I still am sewing a lot, and hopefully I’ll start sharing those projects more here on HollyDolly!

Finally! It’s been about 2 1/2 months since our wedding, and I’ve been dying to share photos with all of you ever since. Well, I finally can!

While everyone else was heading to Texas Style Council this past weekend, I was traveling and visiting family and friends. There was snow, wedding planning, babies, and new puppy friends. You know, the usual :)
*I flew home by myself into snowy Buffalo for the weekend.
*I played with Kiki (and had to give Kiki a bath because of a mischievous two year old) and ate my favorite foods.
*I attended the tasting at my wedding venue on a snowy day and recieved fun gifts from my coordinator.
*And I spent time with a whole bunch of little cuties!

And now I’m on my way back to Boston. See you tomorrow with the outfit I wore to the tasting!
Happy New Year everyone! How has everyones 2012 been so far?
We are finally back in Boston. And although I have already shared my instagram photos from Christmas Eve and Christmas day (see them here), I still have a bunch more from the rest of our week at home.
As usual, I have pictures of my cat, Tim Horton’s coffee, and a Sabres game. Those are mandatory :) It wouldn’t be a trip home without them!

It really started to snow while we were taking these photos. So pretty!
I wore this out to go get wings with our friends. Boston has really disappointed us in the chicken wing department. Seriously. We have yet to have good wings in that city. So it feels sooooo good to be home in Buffalo and be able to grab some Duffs or Anchor Bar. Ooooooh, its making me hungry just typing this.
